Mystical-Spirit does not store your credit card details on our servers.  Our shopping cart and order processing procedures gathers together the merchandise you want to purchase and then passes that information to PayPal.  PayPal protects your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.  After shopping, you can check your order in your account at any time.

PRICING

• All transactions are priced in AU Dollars. For International customers, using credit cards as payment, you will be billed the $AU amount and your card provider will do the conversion.
• No tax will be included in your order; Mystical-Spirit has not yet reached the Australian GST threshold so for now you reap the benefit.  However, customers are responsible for import duty/tax in their respective countries where applicable.   For more details, please contact your local customs authority.
• All orders must be paid in full before any goods will be shipped. 
• Please do NOT send cash.

PayPal is a division of eBay, the leader in processing online payments.  It is fast, easy and most importantly, secure.  It helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.  When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.

If you have used PayPal before and have an account, you will just enter your account name and password.  If you are new to PayPal, you will be asked for your payment information and will create an account by providing your email address and creating a password.  All payment processing is done on PayPal's secure servers.  For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.

Direct Bank Transfer

Please do not use the shopping cart.  Make your selections and record the SKU/Product ID and advise us of your choices by emailing sales@mystical-spirit.com.  We will hold the merchandise for a period of seven days after receipt of your email to allow time for the funds transfer to occur.  Once we have received your email we will provide you with our banking details. Allow up to 3 days for the transaction to appear in our account. Products will not be sent until your payment clears. 

The product is considered to have been purchased only after confirmation of payment by the above method. If none of these events happen within the 7-day holding period then, unless you made special arrangements with us, the hold will be released and it is possible that someone else may choose that product.

PayPal is a payment processing gateway that enables buying and selling over the internet in a fast and secure manner.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase off this site?

No. You can enter your credit or debit card details on PayPal during checkout just like any other shopping cart - the only difference is you are entering it on a secure PayPal-hosted page.

This means that Mystical-Spirit does not receive any of your financial information and PayPal processes the transaction using industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Once your checkout is complete, you will be emailed a receipt of the transaction.

If I choose to create a PayPal account what does it give me?

If you choose to create a PayPal account you give your financial information to PayPal once and then you do not have to enter it again on any other site that supports PayPal payments.

When you choose to checkout on your Mystical-Spirit shopping cart you will be directed to the PayPal website.  Login using your PayPal username and password and then select which type of transaction you would like PayPal to process on your behalf using your stored financial information.

With a PayPal account you can nominate to pay by credit card, PayPal account balance (if any) or direct deposit straight out of your bank account, then PayPal does the rest for you.
